![]() ![]() ![]() So I call 611 and they say “I don’t know why there is that charge” so they talk to the supervisor an told me it should fall of my account in 72hours. So I pay and go home a day or two go buy an all the phones shut off for non payment The most recent is 3 months ago I changed my plan around I had 4 line family plan with a $10 discount on each line, I called one day to drop a line from my plan an they informed my I had to change my plan to there NEW one or the lines would go to full price soo they changed it from my what would have been a $30.00 discount to a $20.00 one ok I can live with paying 129.00 instead of 119.00 whatever But, some how there was a $20 charge for each line to put it on that plan so I got this $58somthing charge unknown to me on my bill and apparently unknown to the metro guy at the store too. lol for 3 years and have been consistently craped on by them. ![]() WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS AND SHOULD BE ILLEGALĪhh I have had meroP.O.S. Every single time I got anywhere close to making any type of progress towards the problem, the customer service rep would simply hangup on me and I'd have to start the process all over again. you would think after ten years of loyal service to their company they would at least have the decency to attempt to help me, but it was very clear that was not what they were interested in doing. They gave me every excuse in the book as to why they could not refund me, REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR, and told me that they would have to send my bill and complaint to their billing department, who would THEN REVIEW THE ISSUE AND DECIDE IF THEY WERE WILLING TO REFUND ME OR NOT! I am speechless and disgusted by the service i have recieved by these people. I've called to complain as well as tried to log into, where there was of course, more "technical difficulties"! I COULDN'T EVEN PHYSICALLY ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER ONTO THEIR WEBSITE IN ORDER TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM! After all of this, I called them 3-4 seperate times, all in the same evening i found the false charge on my account. Metro pcs billed me twice in one month immediately after the first and only time i allowed them to have my debit card information to make a payment the "easy" way, (according to them). ![]()
